Commercial Architecture and Design
Good architects always view commercial projects as collaborative affairs, projects created jointly by and between developers, planners, builders and designers. This has always been the O’Dwyer & Associates approach. Teams always outperform individuals and you’ll never achieve anything of much substance if you can’t work well with others. From Paul O’Dwyer’s earliest days working with Michael Scott, Ronnie Tallon and Sam Stephenson, he has always taken the view that you can’t create a building in isolation. The designs for a building are little more than a starting point, the art is in the completion.
