Mixed commercial and residential development over basement car park in three 5 and 6-storey blocks facing on to Lord Edward Street and Castle Street with a central courtyard. One of the first successful in-fill developments in Dublin City, it influenced subsequent residential developments. A pre-development archaeological dig uncovered over 200 medieval gold coins, reflecting the site’s location in the centre of medieval Dublin.
