Architects Redevelopment Swords Business Park

The project comprised the redevelopment, refurbishment and extension of a former Motorola manufacturing plant to provide office units of various sizes from 288 sq m to 3,888 sq m, with purpose-designed canteen facility and creche. The 25,000 sq m development provides office accommodation in a mature campus-style setting for both Irish and international tenant companies.
