Conservation Architects Dorset Street, Dublin

This redevelopment of a protected structure on Dorset Street, Dublin 1 was a very interesting project. The city-centre property had been derelict for many years and was partly demolished. O’Dwyer and Associates Architects managed the refurbishment and redevelopment of these semi-detached Georgian houses, creating a design that included a sympathetic extension which allowed for nine apartments in this protected structure.
