A mixed residential development of 100 homes comprising a mix of bungalows, two-storey houses and 3-storey duplex units. Mountfield was built using timber frame construction methods and is finished to a high specification. Although the development is relatively high in housing density for the area, the design has kept a sense of openness and spaciousness.
